Built in 2022 by Meritage Homes, this quiet and inviting neighborhood is conveniently located at Twin Peaks Road & Lambert Lane, offering both tranquility and easy access to local amenities.

 

The Twin Peaks East Community Association is managed by a Board of Directors, who are responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and overall well-being of the community. The Board meets quarterly to discuss and manage the business of the Association, ensuring a vibrant and well-maintained neighborhood for all residents. The Association is professionally managed by Agave Management Solutions, providing expert support and guidance to help maintain the community’s standards and quality of life.
